International Shipping
International Shipment Services:
All shipments will be sent with DHL 2-3 Day Worldwide Service, or USPS Priority Mail International (if available) per the buyers selection at check-out. You may preview the cost of shipping by following the checkout process, and selecting the available shipping method prior to payment. The options available at checkout are the options available to your county.
Address Format:
Name and Address must be provided in English. You may be contacted if there is any ambiguity in the provided address. For example, many Japanese customers select USPS Priority Mail international since it costs less than DHL, however USPS will REJECT the parcel if the name and shipping address is not provided in English.
Undeliverable Addresses:
We reserve the right to cancel orders with undeliverable addresses.
Undeliverable orders cancelled prior to shipment will be given a full refund. Undeliverable packages are the responsibility of the customer. Packages are undeliverable when the customer is unavailable to receive the package, does not retrieve the package from the local post office, or does not respond to local customs authorities, etc. In which case the parcel is sent back to us. In the event your package has become undeliverable after shipment and it is returned to us, you may request a refund, however we reserve the right to withhold the cost of shipping from your refund. Undeliverable packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Import Duties & Customs Clearance
Buyers will be responsible for all import duties or local taxes upon package arrival in the buyers country, and will be required to work with their local customs authority to clear their package. It is recommended to include all necessary contact information with your order including Phone Number to allow the customs agency to reach you quickly.
If you need assistance with customs clearance when your package arrives (e.g. more information is required for goods), we will assist to the best of our abilities.
Fulfillment Time:
Since international orders ship directly from our office location in California, please allow up to 1 week for fulfillment (this means the time between order and shipment) of international orders. While unlikely, if further time is needed, we will contact you directly.
Average Transit Times for USPS First Class International:
Based on our experience, we have seen the following transit times (time from fulfillment to delivery) to the following countries:
Japan: 6-12 days
UK: 10 - 14 days
Germany: 20 days
